Security and data handling

How we handle what you share with us.

A pilot means trusting us with one export of your enquiries. This page sets out, plainly, what we ask for, what we do with it, when it is deleted, and how to tell us if you find a problem.

On this website

Forms
Pilot applications are validated and written to our database from our server. Browsers cannot read or write our database tables directly.
Analytics
Visits are counted with cookieless analytics. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only if you allow them, and you can change that choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Hosting
The site is served over HTTPS and hosted on Vercel.

In engagements

Written authorisation first
No enquiry data changes hands until your business has authorised, in writing, the segment, the purpose, the contact method and the deletion date.
The fewest fields
Usually a name, a number or email, the project and the enquiry date. Never through this website, and never mixed with another client's records.
Opt-outs are permanent
Anyone who asks to stop is added to your do-not-contact list, which is checked before every import and every contact attempt and is never edited away.
A record of every action
Imports, approvals, contact attempts, replies and handoffs are logged with who did them and when. The log can't be edited.
No AI on your enquiries
Pilot data isn't sent to AI services or used to train models. If that ever changes, it will be written into your agreement first.
Deletion, honestly described
At the agreed date we delete the segment and its contact history and confirm it in writing. Backups that still hold it are removed on a 14-day cycle, and we confirm when the last one has gone. We tell you exactly what was kept, such as opt-outs.

Report a vulnerability

If you believe you’ve found a security issue in this website or anything we operate, email contact@awoken.in with “Security report” in the subject. Please include the steps to reproduce it, and don’t access or keep data that isn’t yours. We’ll acknowledge your report and keep you informed as we fix it.

We don’t hold security certifications today. When we do, we’ll list them here with their scope.
